• Project Management: Oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Resource Coordination: Allocate resources effectively by coordinating with team members and stakeholders.

• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between engineers, management, and other departments to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues.

• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure engineering work meets technical standards and client expectations.

• Budget Management: Track project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

• Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for moving forward.

• Procurement Management: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for engineering projects, including negotiating with suppliers.
