UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

• Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets
• Execute within established design systems
• Interpret written briefs and develop polished designs
• Support rapid experimentation cycles
• Prepare and organize design files for handoff to developers
• Manage workload across multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborate closely with strategists and engineers
• Contribute to and maintain component libraries

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, digital production design, or a similar executional design role
• Strong Figma proficiency
• A portfolio demonstrating production-quality work
• Experience with conversion-focused design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience designing email templates for ESPs
