Key Responsibilities

• Input Data Accurately: Enter large amounts of data into internal databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Regularly verify, update, and clean data to ensure consistency and prevent errors.
• Assist with Data Analysis: Collaborate with other teams to compile data reports and assist in preparing datasets for analysis.
• Support AI and Product Teams: Provide data support for AI tools and product development teams to ensure smooth workflow integration.
• Organize and Categorize Data: Help structure, categorize, and organize data for easy access and retrieval.
• Create Documentation: Assist in documenting processes related to data entry and data handling best practices.
• Assist in Data Quality Control: Help implement data quality checks and procedures to ensure the highest level of data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data entry tools.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with AI tools or interest in technology and innovation in media is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
• Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or any role involving data management is a plus.
