Quality Engineer - Direct Hire | $75,000–$85,000 + Full Benefits
Adecco is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Brookfield / New Milford area to hire a hands-on Quality Engineer who will own quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across operations.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity with immediate opening.
What You'll Do:
· Lead quality planning and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing
· Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA, 8D) to reduce defects
· Analyze quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to improve process capability
· Support new product launches using PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP/APQP
· Ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF, or AS9100
· Lead internal audits and support customer and regulatory audits
· Investigate and resolve customer quality issues in a hands-on capacity
· Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
· 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
· Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, PPAP, DOE, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
· Experience working within formal quality management systems and audits
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
· Preferred: CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma certification

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
