CNC Programmer / Lead

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer / Set Up to join our dynamic team in Anaheim, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. • Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages to produce high-quality components.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines, ensuring they are ready for production runs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine settings.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or manufacturing preferred.
