Electrical Apprentice

We The People Electric is a growing residential and commercial electrical company looking to add a motivated 1st or 2nd year Electrical Apprentice to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in the electrical trade and wants hands-on experience with a company that takes pride in quality work.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist licensed electricians with residential and light commercial installations
• Run wire, install devices, fixtures, and panels
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Learn and follow NEC code requirements and best practices
• Support troubleshooting and service work as skills progress

What We’re Looking For:

• 1st or 2nd year electrical apprentice (or equivalent experience)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in a long-term career—not just a job
