If interested in this Electro-Mechanical Assembler position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman text ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Durham NC 27703 - 100% on-site Payrate: $18.20/hr Required Availability: Full-Time Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will support the production and integration of automated pharmacy equipment. This role focuses on electro-mechanical assembly, sub-assembly integration, testing, inspection, and equipment support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in the following environments are highly encouraged to apply: Mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly Manufacturing or assembly line production Automotive manufacturing or engine assembly High-volume production environments This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble and integrate electro-mechanical sub-assemblies into larger equipment builds Perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks Operate, troubleshoot, and support production equipment Conduct quality inspections according to established specifications Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures Use basic measurement tools and perform routine documentation Support team production goals and adapt to changing production needs ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience Mechanical aptitude required Reliable transportation required Ability to read and understand written instructions in English Basic math and measurement skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Take the Next Step!
