Role: Applied AI Engineer (Production AI Systems)
We are seeking a hands-on Applied AI Engineer to build and scale real-world AI systems used by thousands (or millions) of users.
This is not a research role - you will focus on shipping production-grade AI systems, especially agent-based architectures and LLM-powered services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy production AI/LLM systems
Build and maintain agentic workflows, tools, and integrations
Develop backend services using Python and modern systems languages
Optimize LLM performance, cost, and latency
Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring for AI systems
Deploy scalable services using Docker & Kubernetes
Work closely with product and infra teams to ship real features
Must-Have Requirements

3+ years building production backend or distributed systems (pre-AI experience required)
