Salary Range:

$150,000-$250,000 base plus 0.05-0.15% equity.

Join a cutting-edge team that enables enterprises to build their own AI solutions tailored to their unique data and needs. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure enterprises successfully implement and benefit from advanced LLM technologies. Key Responsibilities Technical Advisory and Implementation:

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers exploring LLM and finetuning projects. Conduct proofs of concept and provide guidance on integration, deployment, and best practices.

Customized Solutions:

Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and configure solutions. Create tailored pilots, prototypes, and evaluation tools to demonstrate platform value.

Technical Guidance and Support:

Advise customers on architecture and setup for seamless integration into existing infrastructure. Propose solutions to overcome technical challenges.

Onboarding and Adoption:

Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation and post-launch support. Maintain an ongoing technical advisory role throughout the customer journey.

Collaboration and Travel:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with customer objectives. Occasionally visit customer sites for workshops, support, and relationship-building.
