Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

Job Description • Lead the team to design, build, and optimize e-commerce governance algorithm pipeline using NLP/CV/ML to detect and control risks in

contents/creators/products/sellers

in global markets. • Build, expand, and manage the global e-commerce governance algorithm team from scratch. • Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and ops team to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. • 7+ years of working experience in one of the following fields: machine learning, NLP, and computer vision. • Experience with software development in one or more programming languages. • Experience in leading an engineering team. • Experience in anti-fraud/anti-spam/platform-integrity or related fields is a big plus. • Strong sense of responsibility and good at communication and teamwork. • Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems. • Bilingual preferred: Mandarin and English.
