Staff Software Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex initiatives across teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale, distributed systems in production environments
• Strong backend expertise (Java or Kotlin preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable architectures
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across stakeholders
• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers
• Deep understanding of microservices architectures
• Ability to decompose complex problems into clear strategies
• Strong product and customer mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leveraging AI-based tools to increase engineering effectiveness
