Project Engineer

Supports all phases of project execution, including project initiation, planning, procurement, and engineering design evaluations, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule constraints. Reviews and follows industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with stakeholders during project initiation to define problems, evaluate alternative solutions, establish project scope, develop cost estimates, and assess return on investment. Coordinates engineering design activities, material specifications, and construction documentation during the planning phase. Manages and supports competitive procurement and bidding processes for equipment, materials, and labor. Evaluates individual project requirements as well as overall project portfolio needs. Prepares reports, analyses, and presentations for management decision-making. Provides technical support throughout the full project lifecycle. Applies established concepts, practices, and procedures commonly used in heavy industrial construction environments. Works under general supervision, following established guidelines and procedures with limited independent judgment. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience in a related field and a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
