Electrical Engineer for AI Model Training

As an Electrical Engineering Expert in the Super Star Program, you will leverage your expertise to influence the development of next-generation AI systems. Your contributions will directly impact how these models learn, reason, and perform, utilizing your real-world knowledge to provide high-quality input. No prior AI experience is necessary; your domain expertise is what counts.

• Engage in client consultations to assess and advise on new engineering pipelines and technical opportunities.
• Partner with core technical staff to drive innovation and inform research directions within your area of expertise.
• Create and review challenging sample tasks and scenarios for use in new pipeline development.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures, often with limited or incomplete data.
• Evaluate and communicate critical tradeoffs between cost, reliability, and performance in system design.
• Advise on the application of AI and emerging technologies within electrical engineering domains.
• Clearly articulate technical risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in advanced circuit design, system troubleshooting, and reliability analysis.
• Exceptional judgement and prioritization abilities in high-ambiguity scenarios.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset, with a holistic approach to engineering challenges.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, especially when facing incomplete information.
