Back End Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. To apply, you should be proficient in at least one programming language from the set: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift. You may need to explain how your solution solves each coding problem (think LeetCode, HackerRank, etc).

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor\'s degree is preferred but not required
