Job Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Adjust and change machine offsets to maintain production accuracy and quality
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise machining
Support shop operations by assisting with machine setups and learning additional manual machining processes
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
Willingness to work overtime, including Saturday half-days
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist throughout the shop
Preferred Skills & Experience
CAM programming experience
CNC editing and troubleshooting experience
Compensation
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
