Mechanical Superintendent

Our client is one of Houston leading Commercial GCs and boast a project portfolio that includes clients within the Healthcare, Corporate Office, Retail, Restaurant / Hospitality and Education sectors. Responsibilities : Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders. Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $15M+ ground up K-12 OR mixed commercial projects Benefits : Competitive Base Salary ($100K-$150K base) Allowances : phone, vehicle and gas card Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
