Senior Front End Engineer – Avaya Infinity Platform

Job Description:

• Design and build performant, accessible SPAs for real-time contact center workflows
• Contribute to and maintain a shared component library / design system
• Write well-tested, production-grade TypeScript
• Build for reliability first
• Own production readiness
• Profile, measure, and optimize rendering performance
• Participate in architecture decisions
• Document feature designs and technical decisions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on frontend development using React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of component architecture, performance optimization, and modern rendering patterns
• Reliability-first engineering
• Performance and scale awareness
• 2+ years of real-time UI experience
• Accessibility expertise
• Strong testing discipline
• 2+ years with a production ownership mindset
• Technical mentorship experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
