Senior Application Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide support for business-critical applications and integrations operations
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications and integrations
• Monitor system health, job execution, data flows, and respond to alerts
• Partner with functional teams to troubleshoot process issues
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design, develop and maintain integrations using file-based methods or APIs
• Lead testing, deployments, and migrations
• Identify and support continuous process improvement on integrations
• Deliver excellent customer service to business users

Requirements:

• 5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience supporting business critical applications
• Experience specifically working with file-based integrations and integration platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, data structures, and integration patterns
• Ability to bridge technical implementation and business processes
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams
