Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-25/hr. (based on experience) Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Why you should apply to be a CNC Machine Operator:

What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating CNC lathes safely and efficiently to produce precision machined parts
• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts
• Conducting in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators
• Monitoring machine operation and making minor offset adjustments as needed
• Reading and following blueprints, travelers, setup sheets, and work instructions
• Maintaining part quality and ensuring all tolerances are met throughout production runs
• Deburring, cleaning, and packaging parts as required
• Completing production and inspection documentation accurately
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Communicating any issues related to quality, tooling, or machine performance

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience operating CNC lathes (required)
• Can accurately use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Are able to follow instructions and standardized processes
• Possess basic blueprint reading skills (preferred)
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Can stand for extended periods and lift materials/parts as needed
• Have experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Are familiar with tight-tolerance parts and inspection requirements
• Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, or similar CNC equipment is a plus
