Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: Albemarle, North Carolina
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Training: Must be available to train on 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM for the first few weeks
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery according to specifications
• Load raw materials and ensure machines are running efficiently
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-precision parts
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and correct minor machine issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating CNC machines preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Availability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
