CNC Set-Up Operator

The Machine Set-Up and Operator ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards .

Perform basic set up, tool changes, and offsets

- Produce parts as per manufacturing schedule, part specification, and quality standards-

- Deburr machined parts

- Measure parts using micrometers and calipers

- Perform required in-process dimensional checking

- Log hours on time ticket

- Complete and organize required documentation (work orders, work instructions, tags, etc.)

- Keep parts organized and identified at all times

- Follow all 4M Quality Procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
