What You'll Do

• Set up, align, and operate CNC machines for trimming plastic components
• Load materials, unload parts, and make basic program edits
• Perform mold changeovers (1-3 times daily)
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced production setting
• Support production of panels, machine covers, and plastic components

What We're Looking For

• CNC operating experience or recent CNC program completion
• Basic G-code knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
• CNC programming experience a plus
• Basic CNC maintenance knowledge a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Schedule & Environment

• Non-climate-controlled production facility.
• 8 hours shift, 5 days/week.
  • Train on 1st shift (7:00 am-3:30 pm)
  • Move to 2nd shift after training (3 pm -11:30 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm-7:30 am)
