The CNC Supervisor leads a small team of 1 to 5 members in a dynamic machining environment, overseeing production scheduling and ensuring efficient CNC machining operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and support team members while maintaining operational standards. The supervisor primarily oversees milling machines, lathes, and multi-axis machines, focusing on leadership rather than hands-on machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a small CNC machining team
• Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow
• Oversee operation of milling machines, lathes, and multi-axis CNC machines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance performance
• Communicate effectively with management regarding production status and issues

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a team lead or equivalent supervisory role
