Key Responsibilities
•Program CNC Swiss machines using G-code and CAM (Mastercam, Esprit)
•Perform full setups (tooling, guide bushings, bar feeders)
•Interpret blueprints and GD&T
•Optimize cycle times and reduce scrap
•Operate machines and adjust offsets during production
•Perform in-process inspections (micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, comparators)
•Troubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, chatter, dimensional drift)
•Complete FAI, maintain inspection records, and ensure traceability
•Follow ISO/quality procedures
•Perform routine maintenance and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
•3+ years CNC Swiss machining experience
•Strong G-code and GD&T knowledge
•Ability to hold tight tolerances ( .0005")
•Experience with brass, aluminum, stainless, and plastics
