The Contract Apprentice Electrician will gain valuable hands-on experience in commercial electrical projects by assisting a small team of 1-2 skilled electricians. This position focuses on developing practical skills in installation and maintenance within a structured environment, with daily supervision and feedback. The role mainly supports new installations and mixed commercial projects without leading projects, emphasizing safety and technical proficiency without travel between job sites. This opportunity includes a specific workday on May 28.

Responsibilities

• Assist 1-2 electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems
• Interpret and follow technical plans and blueprints under daily supervision
• Use hand and power tools, including drills, safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
• Adhere strictly to electrical safety standards and protocols
• Communicate progress and issues during regular check-ins

Required Qualifications

• Apprentice Electrician certification or status

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electrical work
• Technical training in electrical systems
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, including drills
