Responsibilities

Blockchain Development

• Design, develop, and audit secure and efficient smart contracts.
• Implement solutions on public and/or private blockchain networks.
• Define security, testing, and contract deployment standards.
• Optimize execution costs (gas) and on-chain performance.
• Actively participate in technical decisions and blockchain architecture definition.

Web3 & Integrations

• Design and integrate decentralized applications (dApps).
• Integrate smart contracts with backend and frontend services.
• Work with wallets, cryptographic signatures, and key management.
• Design APIs and services that interact with the blockchain.
• Implement oracle mechanisms and off-chain data consumption.

Architecture & Security

• Design hybrid on-chain/off-chain architectures.
• Implement secure smart contract patterns (upgradeability, access control).
• Prevent common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow, frontrunning).
• Define scalability strategies (Layer 2, sidechains, batching).

What We Expect from You

• 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience in blockchain development.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Solidity, Rust, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience developing production‑grade smart contracts.
• Deep knowledge of: EVM and/or alternative blockchains (Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos), applied basic cryptography, transactions, gas, consensus, and validation mechanisms.
• Experience with frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
• Experience integrating blockchain with traditional systems (APIs, databases).

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or Web3 protocols.
• Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum, zk-rollups).
• Experience conducting smart contract audits.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with event‑driven architectures and microservices.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, DDD, and Clean Architecture.
• Participation in open‑source projects or Web3 communities.
