You'll ensure our systems are fast, secure, and resilient as we scale to serve millions of job seekers. This is a remote-first role based in New York City, with the flexibility to work from San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, or Denver.## Responsibilities* •Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines* •Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures* •Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management* •Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment velocity and reliability## Requirements* •3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience* •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)* •Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code* •Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirementsfor details.
