Job DescriptionThe CNC Machine Operator are experienced machine operators who are disciplined, creative and an excellent problem solver who will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM).
• Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools which will be required for the next scheduled job.
• Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem-solving exercises.
• Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 3 (three) or more years' experience of setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both), including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting parameters.
• At least 3 (three) or more years of experience reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, GD&T symbols, and work instructions to produce parts accurately.
• At least 3 (three) or more years of experience using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM equipment, and other inspection tools to verify part dimensions and maintain tight tolerances.
