Electrician – HARDHAT

HARDHAT is seeking a Licensed or Non-Licensed Electrician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment on projects within a 50-mile radius of Manassas, VA.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, cable, panels, controls, sensors, and related equipment.
• Read blueprints, contract drawings, and installation plans.
• Perform interlock wiring and troubleshoot EMS systems, smart breakers, and relays.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues using testing equipment and hand tools.
• Inspect job sites and determine material and installation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of electrical industry experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed.

Work Environment

• Physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Work may involve heights, construction zones, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, and confined spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights up to 60 feet, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
