Senior Digital Experience Engineer

Job Description:

• Design & UX. Create wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, and design systems aligned with brand and business goals. Own the visual quality bar across all digital properties.
• Engineering. Build and manage sites across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom stacks. Develop themes, templates, and reusable components. Migrate from legacy CMS to modern platforms end-to-end.
• Campaigns. Build and maintain landing pages, UTM tracking flows, and webforms that connect to CRM. Work with marketing and sales enablement teams to hit launch timelines.
• AI & Speed. Identify and implement AI tools that cut turnaround. Use Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and whatever comes next to scaffold code, draft copy, and automate the repetitive stuff.
• Delivery. Manage multiple concurrent projects across brands. Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Create structure where there isn't any.

Requirements:

• 5+ years building production websites — not just tweaking themes.
• Delivered CMS migrations, landing page systems, and design overhauls.
• Worked across multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
• Portfolio that shows range: brand sites, campaign pages, complex CMS builds.
