Professional Services Engineer - Network Security Vendor

Salary: Up to €130,000 + comprehensive package

The Role

As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful design, deployment, and optimisation of advanced network security solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring solutions are implemented to best practice and deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services engagements including installation, configuration, and optimisation of network security solutions
• Provide expert-level technical guidance to customers during and after deployments
• Lead and support complex troubleshooting and performance tuning activities
• Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure customer success
• Deliver technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and customer workshops
