Summary
The Developer – Power Platform, DevOps plays a critical role in enabling Mattr’s business performance by leading and delivering scalable, secure, and standardized Power Platform solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Development – DevOps, this role serves as the subject matter expert for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and API development, translating business requirements into well‑architected technical solutions that support enterprise‑wide initiatives and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of Power Platform development projects, ensuring timely completion of business‑requested reports and applications.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to communicate project direction, align priorities, and ensure DevOps solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders across the organization and design fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions.
- Architect, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions, ensuring security, standardization, and documentation best practices are applied.
- Present completed solutions to key stakeholders and business leaders to support adoption and decision‑making.
- Lead code and application review sessions, providing ongoing feedback to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
- Provide technical support to internal customers and stakeholders for deployed solutions.
- Explore, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance DevOps capabilities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent Microsoft certifications in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- At least 1+ year of experience in API development using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shifting business priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
