Overview
We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to support the design and development of advanced electronic and avionics systems. This opportunity is ideal for engineers with backgrounds in hardware design, power electronics, lighting/display systems, or regulated industry compliance. Depending on your experience, you will contribute to either hands-on circuit design and hardware development or engineering support within compliance and certification environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate electronic hardware systems from concept through production
- Create schematics and support PCB layout and board bring-up/debug
- Perform system-level testing, troubleshooting, and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, software, and manufacturing
Electrical Design / Hardware Engineering (Analog / Power / Embedded)
- Design analog and digital circuits including power supplies and DC/DC converters
- Develop solutions supporting lighting and display systems
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and board-level validation
- Support EMI/EMC testing and mitigation efforts
Compliance / Certification Engineering (Regulated Environments)
- Support product certification and compliance efforts within regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, or similar)
- Develop and manage documentation, test procedures, and validation reports
- Interface with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Support environmental and qualification testing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in at least ONE of the following:
- Electronic hardware design (analog, power, lighting/display, or embedded systems)
- Engineering within regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Experience with schematic design and PCB tools (Altium, Cadence, etc.)
- Hands-on lab experience (oscilloscopes, debugging, validation)
Preferred Experience
- Power electronics (LDOs, SMPS, DC/DC converters)
- EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting
- Aerospace, defense, or other regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with standards such as DO-160, DO-254, or DO-178C
