Engineering Manager – Core APIs

Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers building and scaling our Core API services.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, collaborating with senior engineers.
• Support a healthy engineering culture through code reviews and coaching.
• Partner with product managers to deliver robust, API-first solutions.
• Communicate effectively across engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Promote a mindset of continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally within SaaS.
• Strong technical foundation in software development and cloud infrastructure.
• A track record of leading teams that deliver high-quality, scalable software.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities.
