CNC Grinder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ID/OD Grinder to perform precision internal and external grinding operations on various components. The ideal candidate will ensure parts meet exact specifications, maintain equipment, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up internal (ID) and external (OD) grinding machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.
• Maintain grinding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in ID/OD grinding or a related machining role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Familiarity with grinding tools and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

• Certification or training in machining or grinding.
• Experience with CNC or precision grinding machines.
