1st Shift CNC Operator

Shift: 1st

Job Summary:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (3+ axis) to produce parts to spec
• Spend 75% of time on CNC machining and 25% supporting assembly
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications accurately
• Select and mount proper tools, fixtures, and attachments
• Monitor cutting process and make adjustments to maintain quality
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, consistency, and defects
• Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, tooling)
• Support assembly team as needed to ensure smooth production flow
• Willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific CNC equipment
