Position Highlights

• Based at our Raeford, NC hospital campus.
• Hospital-employed W2 position with full benefits or without at a higher base rate.

A package built to compete with both W2 and 1099 offerings:
Base Compensation

• $113/hr starting base salary . New grads accepted!
• Additional compensation for off-shifts and cross-campus coverage.

Financial Incentives

• $75,000 sign-on bonus or loan repayment for a 3-year commitment
• $25,000 retention incentive for an additional year
• $10,000 relocation stipend
• 501(c)(3) employer - PSLF-eligible

Qualifications

• NC RN License
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Certification or eligibility by the NBCRNA
• Must have a clean background, NC licensure, and AHA BLS certification.
