North Star Electric is looking to hire on Electrical Helpers who have the drive to:

• Willingness to learn and work under the electrical manager
• Basic knowledge of electrical theory (voltage, cable types, identify basic components)
• Comfortability with use of hand tools, small machinery
• Reliability
• Eagerness to grow their career within the electrical field

What You Will Do:

• Assist the electrician with installation of electrical wiring, outlets, panels, and fixtures.
• Support installation of electrical components in accordance to project drawings and specifications
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
• Be in compliant with all safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Construction experience preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and systems is required
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to travel and work overtime
• Reliable vehicle
• 1-2 years electrical experience
