Position:  CNC Machine Operator (Mills / Lathes / Swiss)
Location:  Near Plymouth, MN & Coon Rapids, MN
Pay:  $22–$32/hr. (DOE)
Type:  Direct Hire & Contract to hire positions.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift:  7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) or 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)
• 2nd Shift:  3:25 PM – 1:55 AM (Mon–Thurs) or 4:15 PM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Thurs)

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC milling and turning centers, as well as manual machinery (mills, lathes, Swiss)
• Perform routine machining operations to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality
• Use hand and power tools for setup and inspection
• Work collaboratively in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year  of CNC or manual machining experience (school or work)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools and measurements
• Machining coursework or certificate is a plus (perfect for recent grads!)
