Electrical Foreman

The Electrical Foreman leads and coordinates a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 electrical workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within specifications. This role requires strong expertise in electrical construction, strict adherence to safety standards, and effective management of materials and schedules to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of 6 to 15 electrical workers
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Manage electrical materials and inventory for job sites
• Coordinate and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Knowledge of electrical systems and blueprint reading
• Understanding of safety regulations
• Strong team leadership skills
