AI/ML Engineer (Technical Project Manager level)

We are currently hiring for an AI/ML Engineer (Technical Project Manager level) to lead and drive strategic AI initiatives involving Agentic AI, Deep Learning, LLMs, Data Science, and RAG-based solutions. This role is highly technical and requires strong leadership in end-to-end AI solution development.

Role Overview

• Define AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers & data scientists.
• Oversee entire AI project lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
• Implement best practices in ML Ops, Data Strategy, and Cloud AI deployment.
• Drive innovation in LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI‑based solutions.

Required Experience

• 8+ years in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, Data Science or related domains.
• Strong hands‑on skills in Python, Java, C++ and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of Data Engineering pipelines, SQL, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Salary: $170,000.00 – $720,000.00 (US)
