Job Description
Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the Critical Situation Management Delivery team supporting high-priority customer escalations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, proactive communication, and problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Support Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA – Fully Remote
Pay Range: $29.74 - $32.77 on Experis W2 (Benefits/401k/PTO)

- Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint (5-7 years)
What's the Job?
- Manage and triage severity 1 incidents for Microsoft’s top-tier customers
- Review long-running cases to determine next steps and actively manage critical customer situations
- Coordinate communication and resources across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide timely updates and ensure high-quality customer support during critical issues
- Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future incidents
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint (5-7 years)
- Strong customer service background, especially in enterprise or high‑severity support environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate reliably within a defined shift schedule
- Experience working with Microsoft products and terminology
- Ability to work non‑standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
