Pay & Schedule $106K+ starting compensation Total Average Annual Earnings in 1st year is $130K with bonus scruture Top Performers: $160K+ 12-hour rotating shifts 4-on / 4-off schedule Alternating days and nights Overtime available What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment Work with motors, controls, drives, transformers, and power systems Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Support production uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Read and interpret electrical schematics Work safely in a heavy industrial setting What You Need High School Diploma or GED Industrial electrical maintenance experience Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of motors, controls, and electrical systems Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime Preferred Experience Heavy industrial manufacturing PLC exposure (Allen Bradley or Siemens) VFDs and automation systems Navy Nuclear or military technical background Mechatronics or technical degree What We Offer Weekly production bonuses Profit sharing Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Career growth and advancement opportunities Long-term stability with a leading manufacturer Employment Type: Full Time
