Job Title: Integration Engineering
Location: North Hollywood, CA 91601
Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: $40/Hr to $48/Hr on W2
A shift hours occasionally work B shift hours 1-2 times a month ( 2pm - 10pm)
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Integration Technician to support assembly and integration activities in a fast-paced R&D and prototype environment.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with complex electro-mechanical systems and be comfortable operating in environments where designs evolve rapidly.
- This role requires strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical integration, along with the ability to work across multiple subsystems and contribute to early-stage development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and integration of components across multiple systems and subsystems
- Work on complex electro-mechanical systems in R&D and prototype environments
- Support build, modification, and rework of assemblies based on evolving designs
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support integration and testing activities
- Provide feedback on design, assembly processes, and integration challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as an Integration Technician
- Background in space/aerospace or startup environments (must have)
- Strong familiarity with R&D or prototype hardware environments
- Hands-on experience in assembly and integration across different system components
- Experience working with complex electro-mechanical systems (must have)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with inert gases
- Background in harnessing/wiring
- Electrical background or exposure to electrical systems
