UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join one of our direct clients in a fully remote capacity within the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, design principles, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and usability standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision .
• Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
• Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams in the United States.
