Job Description

Our client, a leader in industrial and commercial facilities management, is seeking a Lead Industrial Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Industrial Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting campus-wide operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Industrial Maintenance Engineer
Location:Corvallis, OR
Pay: $38-$42/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, chillers, and controls across multiple campus buildings.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Manage preventative and general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor coordination.
  • Supervise a team of five maintenance workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, including EPA Universal certification.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC and controls systems.
  • Strong electrical knowledge and experience with building management systems.
  • EPA Universal certification highly preferred; LME or LEB certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
